How we work
Most people who walk into a repair shop are worried about two things: being sold work the car does not need, and a bill that is bigger than the quote. The way we work is built around those two worries.
- Diagnosis before parts. We test until we know what failed. A fault code is where the work starts.
- A quote before work. You hear the price first, and nothing is done without your OK.
- What is urgent and what can wait. You get both lists, so you can plan.
- Plain language. If we cannot explain it simply, we have not finished diagnosing it.
